FAQ

1 – What time can I arrive?

12:00 pm for pitches and 4:00 pm for rentals, or earlier depending on off-season availability and respecting reception office opening hours.

2 – Mobile home: can we arrive on the day we want?

Subject to availability in low season, otherwise stays are from Saturday to Saturday.

3 – I won’t arrive until the next day / I’ll leave the day before…

Any change of arrival or departure date must be notified to reception and may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.

4 – Will I have to pay a deposit for my stay?

A deposit for gîtes and mobils homes is taken by credit card on arrival and returned or deducted depending on the state of repair at the end of your stay (poor housekeeping, damage, etc.).

5 – Is end-of-stay cleaning included in my booking?

You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay, unless you do not wish to do so, in which case a €50 cleaning service is available.

6 – Can I arrive after the reception desk has closed?

Yes, if we are informed in advance and according to our possibilities.

7 – Where can I recharge my electric vehicle on the campsite?

To ensure safety, please note that it is strictly forbidden to charge an electric or hybrid car from your accommodation or pitch. Kiosks are available in Notre Dame de Monts.

8 – Are pets allowed?

The acceptance of dogs (except category 1 and 2) depends on the campsite: in particular, the category, weight/size of the dog, etc… which you must inform us of before booking. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the campsite. No dog may be left alone in the accommodation or on the pitch. Vaccination records must be up to date. A supplement will be charged for both accommodation and pitches.

9 – What is the maximum capacity of my accommodation?

All our chalets can accommodate from 1 to 6 people, depending on the model requested. The accommodation capacity cannot be exceeded.

10 – How do I get in and out of the car?

The main access is closed to vehicular traffic from 11pm to 7am, and only pedestrian and bicycle access is permitted during this period.

11 – Can I set up a barnum, tent, etc. on my mobile home pitch?

Additional facilities are not permitted on your mobile home pitch.

12 – I have one more person to sleep with…

Any person not expected during the stay must be declared to reception as soon as possible in order to pay the supplement, subject to acceptance by the reception desk.

13 – I prefer a mobile home…

Your wishes or preferences will be taken into account and carried out according to the planning possibilities.

14 – How can I cancel my stay?

By phone or e-mail.

15 – What are the cancellation conditions?

In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the holiday, all sums paid will not be reimbursed as compensation.

16 – Is Wifi available throughout the campsite?

Wifi is fully available on the campsite, for a fee at reception.

17 – Is it possible to install a barbecue on a pitch?

The use of charcoal barbecues or wood fires is prohibited. Only gas or electric models are permitted.

18 – When do I pay my deposit and balance?

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is payable on booking. You can pay the balance of your stay on arrival by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), cheque, bank transfer or ANCV vacation vouchers. Vacaf subsidized payments are not accepted.
